New MAJOR Update Released: Unlimited Mode, Parking Spaces, UI & Balance Upgrades

Hello everyone!
A new BIG update just went live with some awesome features you've been asking for, along with stability improvements and bug fixes. Here are the full patch notes:
Patch Notes
Unlimited Mode
* You can now start a new game in Unlimited Mode!
* Features unlimited money, optional gig quests disabled, and an optional 2x XP boost.
* Note: Game modes are locked to individual save files upon creation. All existing save games will remain in Normal Mode without any changes.
Expanded Save Slots
* The game now supports up to 5 save slots!
Parking Spaces: Upgrades, Short-Term & Long-Term Leases
* Players can now purchase, upgrade, and manage Parking Spaces across the map! (Unlocks at Level 5).
* Cheap Entry & Low Maintenance: Very affordable to buy with virtually zero ongoing maintenance hassle.
* Short-Term vs. Long-Term Rentals: Customize your strategy! Choose long-term leases for guaranteed passive income, or short-term rentals for higher earnings.
* Cash Collection Mechanics: Short-term rentals require either the player's physical presence or a hired employee on-site to collect cash! If neither is present, short-term parking won't generate revenue.
* In-App Cash Collection: Accumulated profit from parking spaces can be conveniently collected directly inside the app.
* Parking Upgrades: Invest in Security Cameras, EV Charging Stations, Lighting, and Automatic Barriers to raise rental rates and attract high-paying customers.
Balance, Quests & Economy
* Selling stocks, metals, and crypto now rewards a small amount of XP based on profit (scaled up to a max of 18 XP per trade).
* Improved quest logic: If you have an active "sell" quest, you will no longer receive a "buy" quest for the same item.
* Added new quests:
- Buy/sell X amount of metal Y
- Buy/sell X amount of any metal
- Purchase a parking slot
Navigation & UI Improvements
* Added a visual "You" marker above the property where your character is currently located.
* Added a "Find on map" button to all properties inside the "My Properties" menu for easier navigation.
* The "FindMe" and "Contacts" apps now display star ratings.
Bug Fixes & QoL Tweaks
* Opening the mobile phone now automatically closes the Player Hub.
* Fixed level font/color readability issues on certain maps.
* Game and Maintenance tutorials will now correctly be skipped if you selected "Skip Tutorial".
* Fixed a bug that could cause players to get stuck while traveling.

A Little Personal Note from the Developer
As many of you know, this is my very first game and I’m a solo developer. I work a full-time 40-hour job during the day and build this game in my evenings and weekends, so I have almost zero free time.
Seeing every bad review breaks my heart, but I do my absolute best to take all constructive criticism to heart and continuously improve the game based on what you want. However, the last few weeks before and after launch have been extremely intense and exhausting, and I’m currently running out of energy.
Because of that, I’m taking a short **3–4 day break** to rest, recharge, and avoid burnout. 🔋
What’s Coming Next Week?
When I return next week, I’ll be working on the next major update, which will include:
* Property Managers to automate your daily routine!
* Ability to buy entire apartment buildings.
* Ability to split large apartments into multiple smaller units.
* Further UI and performance improvements.
* Notification badge for "Where to Park".
