Gyldhunters, we've just rolled out a server-side online update to fix an issue where canceling a Polearm and Shield charge would abnormally trigger the Focused affix's movement speed bonus. Meanwhile, here's a progress update on the issues many of you have reported recently:
-Regarding the intermittent server lag many of you have reported, our investigation is ongoing. Because in-stage environments are highly complex, lag can stem from many different causes—so we're working through them case by case. A one-shot fix for every lag issue may not be possible, but we'll do our best to resolve them as quickly as we can, and these issues should taper off with each successive update.
-We are actively addressing violating comments in the chat channel and have banned nearly 30 ad accounts so far. A Block feature will be added in next week's update; once you block an account, its messages will no longer be shown to you.
-We are also continuing to address cheating and Illegal Teaming. If you encounter suspected cases in a match, please Report them to us in-game to help us identify offenders more quickly. We will soon roll out feedback emails triggered by successful reports, so every Gyldhunter can stay informed about the actions taken against offenders in a timely manner.
Next week we will roll out another client update to officially launch Soul Harvest and open up Season Tasks, along with fixing another batch of the issues you've most frequently reported to improve version stability.
