Meet the AFX

CALX Demo · published 3 Jul 2026, 15:33 UTC

Hey Seekers,

The Seeker does not explore Syro alone. Today we want to talk about the AFX, the weapons at your disposal as you make your way through the planet.

Each AFX has its own identity: Norma, Ram, Twin, Yaza

Four AFX weapons and four very different ways to move through Syro. Which one you choose, says a lot about how you like to play CALX.

Find all four detailed below with their symbol, description and in-game visual!

The Norma is powerful and versatile, and can interact directly with FLOW-powered machinery.

The Ram is slow, but hits hard enough to destroy even the sturdiest materials.

The Twin is very fast and lethal, firing a FLOW-powered beam that can also power up specific machines.

And then there is the Yaza, a lost artefact that mixes FLOW and WARP to send target-seeking projectiles at anything in its path.
