Highlights: Fixed the Great Ship leaving Set Sail greyed out with no response on click once supplies were loaded—when the button is unavailable, the status line now states what it is waiting for. Also fixed Chefs being called back to the stove during the muster, which left the gathering unfinished and made the head chef vanish after the ship departed. Two display fixes as well: the Blacksmith Shop / Gem Workshop panels covered by the tutorial dialog, and clipped text in the taming panel.

Bug Fixes

  • Great Ship · unable to set sail with supplies loaded: Fixed Set Sail staying greyed out, and automatic departure never firing, with supplies loaded and the status already reading Ready to depart; until now only relaunching the game cleared it. While the button is unavailable, the status line now states what it is waiting for—the caravan's return, or things settling on the island.
  • Great Ship · chefs reassigned during the muster: Fixed a chef walking to the gathering point being called back to the stove by a new cooking order, which left the gathering unfinished and made the head chef vanish after the ship departed. A chef called to the muster now hands his cooking order back to the queue for the chefs staying behind.
  • Blacksmith Shop / Gem Workshop · panel covered during the tutorial: Fixed the tutorial dialog covering the right half of these panels at higher display scales, putting their buttons out of reach—opening either panel now collapses the main panel on the right, and the dialog yields one way only.
  • Taming panel · clipped text: Fixed the panel's info text being clipped or running into its frame in some languages—its width and height are now derived from the entries and the text itself, so every language reads in full.

It isn't gone for good — Valve returns it once the game has earned $1,000 . So that line means this little island crossed the line. And it settles the July books — which is to say, the first half-month after launch…
