The Frame Tags feature lets you assign tags to ranges of frames.
Tags can be used as markers for frame ranges, and tagged ranges can be played repeatedly for a specified number of times.
To create a tag, right-click a frame and select "Add Tag".
Created tags can be dragged to move their positions or resized to change their ranges.
Frame Tags are available for both frame animations and sprite animations.
When multiple tags overlap, their display lanes are adjusted automatically.
You can now specify a Z-Index in Cel Properties.
This lets you adjust the layer drawing order for each frame without changing the layer structure.
It applies to cels in both image layers and group layers.
In Edge3, the drawing order can only be adjusted between sibling layers that share the same parent.
The drawing order cannot be changed across different groups.
You can now specify opacity for each cel in Cel Properties.
The final opacity is determined by "layer opacity × cel opacity".
It applies to cels in both image layers and group layers.
A fade feature has also been added to gradually change the opacity of multiple cels.
The Navigator panel can now show or hide the frame indicating the canvas viewport.
Configure it from "Navigator Panel Menu > View > Viewport Frame".
When a floating panel or toolbar is shown after being hidden, its position is now corrected if it is outside the monitor's display area.
Layer Properties now includes a preview for checking changes before applying them.
