Patch 4.3 - Minor balance and bug fixes & QOL improvements

Patch 4.3

Balance changes:

  • Accommodations have had their base capacity increased, after reports that the population cap was too low relative to the population growth on austerity servers

  • Reduced the drop rate of instant population gain items, after reports that some attacks would see you gain population rather than lose it due to the overly generous drop rates of population items

  • NPCs will now ensure they have the best possible mayor equipped in a city, and will assign attributes and even items and relics to their mayors to maximize their use

  • NPC army presets and relics have been tweaked to make them more challenging, although the total number of troops present in NPCs has been reduced as that was an overly generous source of mayor XP

Bug fixes:

  • Fixed a bug with quests relating to the total number of satellite cities you have

  • Fixed a bug where item buffs were not properly cleansed from a mayor that was lost due to a city conquer or revolt

QOL:

  • You can now set army presets to auto-fill troops when marching armies

  • Barracks now have a toggle to split a particular troop queue between only idle barracks, rather than all suitable barracks that may or may not already have queue(s) in them

  • The main menu now has a link to the game discord
