2.2 Patch Notes
New
- New Promotion Requirement:
Previously, survivors were promoted to the next tier only when they finished 1st in a league. Now, even without taking 1st place, survivors will be promoted once they earn 100 League Points across multiple matches.
(League Points = 1st Place: +100, Top 25%: +50, Top 50%: +25, +10 per kill) - Championships:
Championships now take place over 3 days. The winner is determined by the highest total score across 3 matches. In the Season Championship, the top 5 survivors will advance to the World Championship.
(Championship Points = 1st place: 10 points, 2nd place: 9 points, 3rd place: 8 points, ... 10th place: 1 point, +1 point per kill)
※ Tiebreaker: If League Points are tied, the survivor with higher Kill Points wins. If Kill Points are also tied, the survivor with higher League Points in the final match wins. If those are also tied, the survivor with higher Kill Points in the final match wins.
Updates
- League participation is now mandatory every weekend. Once a survivor qualifies for the Season Championship, they will be able to participate in Event Leagues.
- Prize money for wins and kills in Season/World Championship matches has been reduced.
- Restricted Zone Escape Algorithm Improved: Survivors now avoid passing through Red Zones in most cases while escaping Yellow Zones.
- There was a rule that body parts replaced with prosthetics do not feel pain, do not bleed, and therefore do not reduce Health when damaged. As a trade-off, a new penalty has been added: when arms or legs are replaced with prosthetics, Maximum Health is reduced accordingly.
(Each arm: 5%, each leg: 15%. Replacements below the wrist or knee are not affected.) - Augmented Body Part Implant Cost Adjustments
Repair costs also increase or decrease proportionally.
Augmented Arm: $2,500 → $5,000
Augmented Leg: $5,000 → $15,000
Transcendent Eye: $40,000 → $20,000
Transcendent Leg: $50,000 → $75,000 - Reduced the issue where survivors holding ranged weapons would repeatedly move closer, aim, move closer again, and aim again when an enemy moved out of range.
- Shooting Aim Error Adjusted: The formula has been adjusted so that shooting accuracy scales more proportionally with the Shooting stat.
- Survivors will no longer craft lower-tier helmets or vests when they are already wearing higher-tier ones.
- Survivors will no longer repair armor while inside Yellow or Red Zones.
- Weapon Recoil: Recoil for Submachine Guns and Assault Rifles has been increased slightly.
- The item name “Dagger” has been changed to “Machete”, and the translation of “Knife” has been changed in some languages.
Bug Fixes

- Fixed a bug where survivors would sometimes equip lower-tier armor after looting multiple helmets or vests at the same time.
- Fixed a bug where Submachine Gun or Assault Rifle magazines could drop below 0 when playing at increased game speed.
- Fixed a bug where survivors would not craft ammunition when their magazine count became negative due to the issue above.
- Fixed an issue where the quantity of the previously equipped vest was displayed as 0 or -1 after equipping a new helmet or vest.
- Fixed an issue where survivors would not equip a bow even when they had a bow-and-arrow set available while all firearms had no ammo.
- Fixed a bug where the “Asceticism” achievement could not be unlocked.
Known Issue
- There is still an intermittent bug where a character is displayed as “Farming” and stops moving even while an enemy is visible. The exact cause has not yet been identified, but we will continue monitoring the issue and investigate its cause.
