Universia Update: Rules, Battles & Trading

This update brings a rebuilt battle interface, a broad rules revision, improved AI, and new trading and progression features.

New Card introduction of the Oni Universe. Oni cards have a more diverse state range and use the keyword "Collective", "WarCry", "Band", and "Legacy". Collective allows a monster to share its effects and multiply the application via other monsters. WarCry buffs your field, Band allows a collectivist attack, everyone gangs up on 1 monster. And Legacy allows monsters to share keywords as they use the Reincarnate system passing skills upward to the Oni King.

  • Clearer battles: Updated duel and four-player layouts, smoother card movement, clearer prompts and tooltips, mouse-wheel zoom, and faster returns to the lobby. Supported Loner cards can display summon wallpapers, with new presentation settings.

  • Rules and keyword overhaul: Standardized keyword names and descriptions, retired older mechanics, and corrected numerous attachment, counter, targeting, protection and timing interactions. Invoke joins Loner and Team in the Immaterial Deck.

  • Revised Bloodcast: Enhancements with a printed Cost above 4 can pay 4 Mana and 100 Life per remaining point instead of the full Mana Cost. Using this option sets their Dispel value to 4.

  • Better AI opponents: Improved turn planning, attack order, targeting and resource use, with better recovery from stalled decisions. Ranked players can disable automatic matching against AI.

  • Rewards and quests: Added rewards for eligible wins, campaign completion rewards and clearer result screens. New daily and weekly quests arrive alongside fixes to progress tracking and reward claims.

  • Rebuilt Exchange: Browse, search and filter offers, check which trades you can fulfill, and create bundles of cards, packs and accessories. Improved trade history, privacy and validation.

  • Deckbuilding and everyday improvements: Expanded collection filters and sorting, saved deck plans, pack-content previews and pull-odds information. Added separate music and sound switches, improved remembered login, player reporting controls and tutorial replay.

  • Website and Workshop: Refreshed the website with interactive gameplay explanations and matchup replays. Improved draft editing, save feedback, card previews and campaign tools.

Thank you for the bug reports and playtesting feedback. Keep them coming!
