Hotfix — minor bug fixes

  • FIXED: setups could not be created or saved on the new Laguna Seca and Daytona tracks (track folder detection updated, hardened for future tracks).
  • FIXED: POSITION was wrong in online multiclass sessions — it now shows your class position, like the sim does.
  • FIXED: the Ghost window could reopen in "invisible background" mode and ignore every click — it now always opens solid; overlay mode is per-session only.
  • FIXED: the track map was mirrored left/right compared to the sim.
  • FIXED: the G-force ball moved backward under braking — now it moves forward, like your body does.
  • FIXED: a successfully validated setup candidate was shown in red as if it were an error.
  • FIXED: NRE could write setup changes automatically during a stint — automatic apply is now OFF by default; nothing is written without your consent.
  • FIXED: parameters locked by the game (//Non-adjustable, //N/A, //Fixed) could be proposed for changes — they are now detected and blocked per car.
  • Setup error messages now explain what to do instead of showing internal codes.
  • Ghost map: added −/+ zoom buttons (the mouse wheel doesn't reach secondary windows on some systems).

Game update24 Aug 2026Update 1.0.3 — The Loop ClosesNRE was built to work like a race engineer: look at the data, change something, see if it helped, learn. Until now the last two steps never happened. Not because they were badly written — because the pipe between them was never connected. Driving wrote nothing to the database. With no laps on record, the A/B comparison had nothing to compare. With no comparison, no result ever came back. So the…Game update17 Aug 2026Neuralic Race Engineer 1.0.2— Know Your CarUpdate 1.0.2 — Know Your Car This update fixes the single most damaging class of bug NRE had: it could work on the wrong car. Not visibly, not with an error — quietly. Your setups, your archive, the car limits, even the brain's accumulated history could all end up filed under a car you were not driving. The root cause was that NRE had no single source of truth for which car you are actually in…Game update16 Aug 2026Neuralic Race Engineer 1.0.2 — The Honest BrainUpdate 1.0.2 — The Honest Brain This update rebuilds the decision core of NRE around one principle: your engineer must EARN the right to touch your setup. It learns the track, proves the problem is repeatable, proposes ONE change — and never writes anything without your consent. Three things changed everything else. It now runs on any PC , wherever you installed the game. It ships with the real…
