- Judge Perks — before a full trial session, choose one of four perks to shape this term's playstyle: Charisma (faster combo recovery), Compassionate (extra media rep from suspended sentences), Principled (bonus XP from fair rulings), or Silver Tongue (stronger press-conference outcomes).
- Press Conference Minigame — after a controversial ruling (an acquittal, a somewhat lenient/harsh sentence, or occasionally even a fair one), a reporter asks a question and you pick your own response, directly shaping your media reputation.
- Rival Nemesis System — face the same prosecutor or defense attorney 8+ times and they become your nemesis, with sharper dialogue and unique lines; the ending screen now records this term's nemesis. Once you have one, a new special case ("Case 74: A Bribery Lobbying Attempt Through a Legal Broker") can appear in the full trial pool, featuring that very nemesis as your opponent.
