You can hire employees through the mailbox located outside your diner. At the end of each shift, new candidates can become available, each with their own resume, personality, role, and perks.
Choose between three different roles: 👨🍳 Cooks - prepare food at the kitchen stations and keep orders moving.
🧑🍳 Waiters - seat customers, take their orders, deliver dishes, and clean tables.
🧽 Kitchen Help - takes care of dishwashing, restocking, and those pesky cockroaches. 
As your diner grows, so does the number of employees you can hire. But space is limited, so building the right team and assigning them the right tasks will be just as important as keeping your customers happy.
