New features in v0.19.0:

You can use the EAS alert button once per tornado to warn all towns on the map

Death can be toggled off in sandbox mode

How much tornadoes react to chemicals now also depends on the forecast, higher CAPE and SRH = bigger reactions to chemicals

Bug fixes:

Sometimes the tornado would intersect the wall cloud after being a mega-wedge then shrinking again, this should now be fixed

Some text overflowed the upgrades page, that's also fixed
