Fixed the issue causing holstered Items to disappear when transferring between characters of different classes
Fixed the blocker on Restarting Transmitter missions, caused by undoing actions following the Transmitter restart

If the Restart Transmitter mission won't complete on its own, perform any action (move, attack, end turn) to complete it
