Static State is selecting a limited group of players to test the final NODE ZERO Update 0.2.5 release candidate before its public launch.
Both new and returning players are needed. No previous NODE ZERO experience is required.
PLAYTEST SCHEDULE
Applications close: September 17, 2026, or when all available positions are filled.
Testing window: September 18–21, 2026.
Update 0.2.5 launches: September 25, 2026.
Selected applicants must complete their testing and submit feedback by September 21.

Reworked Proof 1 incidents
GUIDED and STANDARD assistance modes
Existing Update 0.2.1 save compatibility
Configuration and resolution behavior
Stability, performance, and general bugs
TESTER REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must:
Own a Windows PC and have a Steam account
Be a member of the Static State Discord server
Submit clear and detailed bug reports
Provide screenshots or private recordings when possible
Agree not to stream, redistribute, or publicly discuss the unreleased build
