I’m continuing to work to make Garoto de Fogo an increasingly complete experience, and today I’m very happy to share another update with all of you.
What changed in this update?
🔊 Game audio volume control in the options menu, giving players more freedom to adjust the game’s sound however they prefer. This is one of the improvements I consider most important in this update.
🗺️ New information on the map to guide players throughout the adventure. Now, after defeating a master, if the player doesn’t know where to go next, a thought bubble will appear next to the monster blocking the path, indicating that the hero should go to the right and keep moving forward.
❤️ Clearer information on the masters’ health bars, showing when they can take damage and when they are protected or vulnerable, making the battles easier to understand.
In this update, I dedicated special attention to clarity and the player experience.
One of the main new features was the addition of the game audio volume control directly in the options menu. Now, each player can adjust the game’s volume according to their preference, making the experience more comfortable.
I also noticed through the community’s feedback that some players were unsure about exactly what to do after defeating a master. Because of this, I looked for a simple and natural way to help the player without taking away that sense of discovery.
Now, when reaching this moment in the adventure, the character blocking the path will have a thought bubble indicating that the path is to the right and that the player should keep moving forward. This way, the adventure remains fluid, while the player is no longer left wondering what to do next.
Another important improvement was made during battles against the masters. The health bar now provides clearer information about when the master can take damage and when they cannot, making the battles more intuitive and helping players better understand how each fight works.
These changes may seem simple, but they are exactly the kind of details that help make an experience more enjoyable. My goal is for players to be able to focus on the adventure, explore the world, and enjoy the challenges without becoming confused about what they need to do.
Every update continues to be an opportunity to listen to the community, observe how people are playing, and find new ways to improve Garoto de Fogo.
Once again, I want to thank everyone who continues to follow the development of the game. Every suggestion, every piece of feedback, and every message I receive is extremely important to me and helps me identify areas that can be improved.
This journey is far from over. I will continue working, listening to you, and bringing new improvements whenever possible, because I want Garoto de Fogo to keep evolving alongside its players.
Thank you so much for believing in my work and for being part of this dream.
See you in the game!
