It’s nearly Demo release time! These final QoL additions before the demo version come straight from the inspired minds of ClickCrafter’s committed playtesters!
First up, the Recipe Info Cards that drive much of the game’s UI have gotten an upgrade, giving you more information about what goes into / comes out of a recipe to help you make more informed decisions while crafting. The card will also spawn a scrollbar as necessary; this can be scrolled with the scrollwheel while the cursor is over the card, or with LT/RT on gamepad or Numpad 8/2 on keyboard. For more info, click on any hoverable icon to look up info on that recipe; rinse and repeat until your thirst for knowledge is quenched!
The ability to pin a single shop or crafter has been added, letting you keep tabs on ingredients / mana / progress while you take care of business elsewhere on the island. You can even click on the pinned menu to open the crafter itself — though you will still need the actual building on screen to drop more ingredients onto it.
That should be it for pre-demo playtest patches — stay tuned for the ClickCrafter Demo next, which should feature a more fleshed out middle tier to explore once the Copper Rings have been unlocked. If you want to test out the middle tier content, stay tuned to the ClickCrafter Playtest, where the entire game will remain playable until close to release!
AutoMiner: Wood unlock not working and AutoMiner Iron/Copper producing Wood have been fixed (this was actually in patch 0.2.9b)
