As our community continues to grow across the globe, we want to make sure as many players as possible can experience the chaotic storm-chasing action in their native language! And wewanted to let you guys know that we are working to make the game as inclusive as possible to everyone!
Today, we are super excited to announce that we have locked in our Localization Update to officially drop this October!
Are you new around here? Don’t worry, quick recap: In Funnel Runners, you have ~20 minutes to loot the city, fix the van, and escape before the EF5 reaches you. You can do it solo, but it’s made for co-op chaos with friends.

Along with the localized text, we are also implementing a Language Filter for the server browser! This will allow you to easily find and join lobbies where players speak your language, making voice coordination and teamwork much smoother when heading out into the EF5.
The first localization drop in October, will officially support 10 new languages:
Russian
Portuguese (Brazil)
German
Japanese
Spanish (Spain)
Chinese (Simplified / Traditional)
Turkish
French
Polish
Korean
We know how important accessibility is for international crews trying to coordinate storm escapes, and this initial lineup is just the beginning. This October drop represents our first wave of localization. If your language isn't on the list yet, don't worry, we actively plan to expand to even more languages in future updates as our development continues!
Our team is working hard behind the scenes to translate menus, task lists, item descriptions, and everything else needed to make sure your runs are as seamless as possible.
