The game is too difficult.
We recommend playing with Welcome Mode turned on. When Welcome Mode is enabled, the early stages of your adventure will be easier to progress through, and you'll receive benefits such as reduced damage on your adventures. You can switch it ON or OFF at any time and it doesn't affect the story at all, so please feel free to use it!

The game's crashed or an error has appeared.
When an error dialogue box appears, the error information will be sent automatically to the development team. We will check the situation and address it in due course, so please wait for a fix. However, if there is no error box then please report the issue using the feedback form.

You can adjust the input timing delay correction via Options → Sound Settings → Calibration.

Will my save data carry over from the demo?
Save data from the demo will not be carried over to the Early Access version. Please start a new playthrough in the Early Access version.

No, if you purchase the Early Access version, you will be able to continue playing Ratatan in the full release. Your save data will also carry over, too!

However, we will continue to release updates to ensure a smoother and more enjoyable experience.
