Notice: Limbus Company Mobile Platform Recommended Specs Adjusted

Hello, this is Project Moon.

Through the "Follow-up Measures on Issues After the Unity Version Upgrade on 5/28/2026" Notice posted Jul. 9th, we informed you that Limbus Company's minimum device requirements will be updated for a stable gameplay environment.

With the Main Story Chapter 10 (Part 1) update, we will be adjusting the minimum device requirements for iOS devices as follows.

<New iOS Minimum Device Requirements>

Recommended Device: 6GB of RAM or higher (iPhone 15 or higher recommended)
Recommended OS Version: iOS 26 or higher (up-to-date OS recommended)
Minimum Supported OS: iOS 15.0 or higher (unchanged; based on App Store compatibility)
iPads: 6GB of RAM or higher (iPad (A16), iPad mini (A17 Pro), iPad Air (M1 or higher), iPad Pro (M1 or higher), etc.)

※ Update Period: After Main Story Chapter 10 (Part 1) Update
※ Please note that "recommended device specs" are specifications required to enjoy the entire game smoothly, including the contents of Chapter 10. Devices below the recommended specs will still be able to install and run the game application.
※ Recommended device specs on AOS(Android) is unchanged.

<Reasons for Adjustment>

1. Increased Memory Usage for Chapter 10
Main Story Chapter 10 introduces a new gameplay system and various new visual effects, which increased the game's RAM usage compared to the previous chapters.

2. iOS Memory Restrictions
iOS limits how much RAM each application can access based on the device's RAM.
Based on tests we conducted on devices with 4GB or less RAM, certain sections of Chapter 10 may cause the game to freeze or crash.
Another reason is the increased RAM allocation to the OS itself following iOS 26.4 update, as we have informed you in the July notice.

3. Continuing Optimization Efforts
We are continuing optimization efforts to ensure a stable Chapter 10 experience on devices that meet the recommended specs, and we will continue to work to reduce issue frequency on devices below the recommended specs as well.

We will also continue optimization efforts for Adreno 720 GPU devices to resolve the issue where they are unable to launch the game despite having sufficient RAM.

<For Managers Using Devices under 4GB RAM>

Game installation, access, and gameplay of previously released content are still available on devices that do not meet the recommended specs.
However, devices in that category may encounter freezing or crashing while playing through Chapter 10. If those issues occur on your device, we recommend the following measures:
· Close all other running applications, then restart the game.
· Reboot the device, then start the game.
· Free up available space on your device storage.

If possible, we recommend playing Limbus Company on mobile devices or PC (Steam) with more available RAM. Please note that, through the "Link Account" function, you can continue playing on the same account across other devices.

RAM 6GB: iPhone 15 / 15 Plus, iPhone 14 series devices, iPhone 13 Pro / 13 Pro Max, iPhone 12 Pro / 12 Pro Max
RAM 4GB or lower: iPhone 13 / 13 mini, iPhone 12 / 12 mini, iPhone 11 series devices, iPhone SE (2nd·3rd gen.), iPhone XS / XR or earlier models
