This hotfix includes the following improvements:
Fixed the Options panel appearing behind the Pause Menu.
Fixed the Options close button not working.
The Escape key now closes the Options panel correctly.
Buildings can no longer be clicked while the Pause Menu is open.
The game-speed indicator now displays x0 while paused and restores the previous speed after resuming.
Improved switching between fullscreen and windowed modes.
Improved windowed-mode resolution handling.
