We found a serious flow issue in the previous Demo build around the All-Star Weekend after Round 21. The regular-season post-match screen could remain active while the All-Star screen opened above it, resulting in two overlapping interfaces. Batch simulation, re-entry, and save loading could also leave the event in an inconsistent state.
This emergency hotfix rebuilds the All-Star Weekend flow. The three-season Demo scope, the 42-round regular season, and the existing save structure remain unchanged.
Compared with the previous Demo build, this update includes:
1. Fixed the overlap between the All-Star screen and the regular-season post-match screen. The All-Star Weekend is now an exclusive page, and the previous match and post-match content are released correctly before it opens.
2. Made the All-Star Weekend a dedicated season step. It always takes place between Round 21 and Round 22 without consuming a regular-season round. The regular season still contains all 42 rounds.
3. Fixed batch simulation and season advancement. Batch simulation now stops as soon as the All-Star Weekend is reached. After completing the event, the player must confirm simulation again before the season continues from Round 22, so no hidden process can skip the event.
4. Changed the teams to Red Team and Blue Team. Each side has eight players selected using season performance, sample size, injury status, and positional balance, with overseas players or legendary invitees filling the special guest places.
5. Streamlined the event schedule. The All-Star Game, Dunk Contest, and 1-on-1 Contest remain. The 3-on-3 event has been removed. A Three-Point Contest is not included in this update.
6. Added an All-Star Weekend summary. The summary shows the game score, MVP, Dunk Champion, 1-on-1 Champion, top performers, and selections from the player's club. One-click settlement now opens this summary instead of skipping the results.
7. Added permanent All-Star history. League History now records each Red/Blue score, roster, MVP, and contest champion, while remaining compatible with East/West records from older saves.
8. Fixed save and duplicate-settlement boundaries. A completed weekend cannot award selections or reputation twice. Loading a save from an unfinished weekend safely restarts the event instead of reusing results from another save.
9. Isolated exhibition-game settlement. The All-Star Weekend does not affect regular-season records, finances, player development, or the card market, and it does not modify player abilities.
10. Fixed completed-season counting. Mid-season All-Star history entries are no longer treated as completed seasons, preventing the three-season Demo limit from triggering early.
This candidate also includes the following improvements completed since the previous Demo build:
1. Expanded match-action presentation. New in-game animation assets and event mappings have been added for post moves, dunks, putbacks, free throws, offensive and defensive rebounds, steals, blocks, turnovers, fouls, layups, hook shots, pull-up jumpers, alley-oops, assists, and fast breaks.
2. Improved playoff presentation. The bracket, series cards, connector lines, and stage background have been refreshed, with clearer series progression and interaction areas.
3. Improved player and roster interaction. Player profiles now include an attribute radar chart. Rotation editing, dense-list selection, roster-minimum warnings, and release confirmations are clearer, and confirmation windows no longer appear behind the underlying interface.
4. Fixed tutorial, save, and season-transition details. Tutorial cleanup after skipping, authoritative team names in save slots, recovery from an invalid match state, season-report animation timing, and duplicate clicks during contract or NBA decisions have all been improved.
This update does not add manager-controlled roster selection, and the All-Star Weekend does not directly raise or lower player abilities. We will continue prioritizing issues that affect season progression, saves, and match readability.
