Fixed typo for dealt
Fixed bug for "Forbidden Books" Event where the "Learn a skill and upgrade it" would not upgrade the skill
Reworked curses. Curses now only last for 3 usage/duration.
Distracted curse only applies to debuffs.
Despair has been changed from losing max hp to reducing buffs applied.
Slowness's speed reduction has been increased
