Version 2.2.1 focuses on Challenge Mode improvements, audio controls, UI cleanup, leaderboard updates, and several important bug fixes.
Challenge Mode
Updated the Challenge Mode tutorial UI.
Repositioned the Challenge Mode countdown timer for better visibility.
Added an in-round kill counter.
Repurposed the Gas Mask health bar into a Gas Detector, giving players clearer feedback on nearby gas exposure.
Fixed an issue where the Challenge Mode timer remained paused after returning to gameplay.
Fixed an issue where the gas ring stopped damaging players during its final phase.
Fixed an issue where the closing gas ring only affected the center of the map instead of properly covering the intended playable area.
Audio & Settings
Built a new dynamically generated Audio Settings menu.
Separated audio into individual mixer channels, allowing each audio category to have its own dedicated volume slider.
Fixed an issue where entering Challenge Mode from the Main Menu could incorrectly set the Master Volume slider to 0.
Removed the previous Settings Menu in preparation for a complete redesign.
Leaderboards
Added special ranking indicators for the top three players on the Leaderboards.
UI & Presentation
Added themed quotes to the Title Screen.
Continued refining Challenge Mode UI placement and presentation.
