Shinji can inflict Dominate+ with all of his attacks apart from his first and third strong attacks, allowing him to make his enemies fight amongst themselves without attacking him. As a "+" type status ailment, Dominate+ can be stacked with other status ailments, maximizing the impact of status effects.
Shinji's first strong attack has a minor Boost and his third strong attack has a major Boost. With the skills "Booster" and "Enhancer," he can greatly boost the offensive and defensive capabilities of himself and all of his allies. His second strong attack is a wide-range static vortex, giving him an excellent chance of inflicting enemies with Dominate+.
With powerful team-boosting skills like "(Team/Party) Speed Attribute Character Damage to Status Ailment-Affected Enemies +30%," "(Team/Party) Speed Attribute Character Strong Attack Damage +30%," and "(Team/Party) Speed Attribute Character Special Move Damage +30%," Shinji can significantly increase the damage output of allies with the same Attribute.
