Aizen can inflict Dominate+ with every attack, making enemies fight amongst themselves without attacking him.
He has the skill "Greater Status Ailment Chance Against Soul Reapers +20%," which doubles the 10% value of the existing Affiliation-based skills, as well as the EX Move "Forward-Facing Wide-Range Static Vortex," making him exceptionally good at inflicting Dominate+.
Inflicting status ailments on enemies triggers the high-value skills "Status Ailment Spiritual Pressure Boost +100%" and "EX Status Ailment Spiritual Pressure Boost +30%," and combined with "Damage to Dominated Enemies +100%" and "EX Damage to Dominated Enemies +40%," he can deal devastating damage to enemies he has inflicted with Dominate+.
In addition to his Soul Trait "Strong attack recharge time -14%," he can share the EX Skills "EX Status Ailment Spiritual Pressure Boost +30%" and "EX Damage to Dominated Enemies +40%" if used in the first link slot. This makes him an incredibly powerful character link for strong attack-focused characters that can inflict Dominate.
Aizen has Soul Reaper Killer+ and a resistance to even Weaken+ thanks to a Weaken Resistance of 200%. Combined with "Poise Break (Except Brave Battles)," which is effective against enemies with Poise, he can be immensely valuable in high-difficulty quests such as Guild Quests and Limit Breaker Quests with Soul Reaper Killer and increased melee damage rules.
