Small Update and QoL addition.

New

Added QoL features:

Added a timer at the cursors position showing how long the dash cooldown is. In the Gameplay options there a 3 modes for this timer: 1. Never show timer. 2. Show timer on dash input. 3. Always show timer when dash is on cooldown.

Fixed

Fixed a bug where enemies were able to leave the arena.
