Hey Agents!
The solo developer and tea-maker is back. With v0.3.3, I made massive improvements to the match engine, career setup, and in-game editor. Here are the highlights:
2D MATCH ENGINE
- Players now make much more realistic decisions regarding offsides, runs, set pieces, and shooting.
- Added club kits and home stadium visuals to the match engine.
- Goals now sync perfectly with the commentary minute, and the "Skip to Result" bug has been fixed.
CAREER SETUP SCREEN
- The setup screen is completely overhauled: You can now see a live agency file card, a sealing moment, and difference indicators when you change your choices.
- The screen now fits perfectly on 720p resolutions.
- The save slot window is skipped for first-time players to avoid confusion.
EDITOR AND MOD KIT
- Fixed an issue where 799 players would drop when using a mod pack and the editor together.
- Manager nationality can now be selected in the editor menu and displays correctly across languages.
- Clearing a club, league, or cup name box now automatically reverts it to the default name.
- Fixed bugs where modded club names were incorrectly translated in other languages or reverted to their old names.
INTERFACE AND OTHER
- Added sleek Carbon menu icons and a new career status badge.
- Fixed the conflict between the expertise card and summary screen, as well as a visual leak in the logo editor.
