This is a focused minor update, primarily polishing the B-04 basement computer system, in-run gameplay pacing, and addressing several player-reported issues.
Major Updates
Added a complete B-04 Operating System: Includes System, Mail, Files, Terminal, RTC, hidden commands, and secret files.
Added Physical Media System: Purchasing certain software will now spawn them as floppy disks in the basement. Players can pick them up, insert them into the disk drive, and install them.
Added NET_DIAG.EXE, RECOVERY.SYS, along with related hidden content, secret files, and easter eggs.
Redesigned B-04 desktop icons into a monochrome CRT wireframe style to improve feature readability.
Added physical press and rebound visual effects to the PC's power and reset buttons.
Improved floppy disk models, picking up, placing on the desk, and insertion/ejection animations.
Core Gameplay Improvements
Improved module draft pools (pick 1 of 3) to reduce the monotony of rolling three attack modules at once.
Newly unlocked systems like Control Flow and Data Flow are now more likely to appear in reward options in subsequent runs.
Each Layer now features more distinct node distribution characteristics while fully retaining the original 30-floor branching map.
Certain events will now remember choices made during the same run, affecting the outcome of subsequent events.
For example, reading a document earlier can reduce the patching cost when encountering a Zero-Day later.
Having the ANTIVIRUS relic will now trigger corresponding protection effects during the ILOVEYOU event.
Balance & Fixes
Fixed an issue where some old save files failed to correctly unlock Survival/Endless Mode after clearing all main Layers.
Adjusted Mirror Proxy's reflect damage:
Reflect damage changed to 10% of actual damage.
Max reflection capped at 20 HP per execution.
Removed an issue that could cause reflect damage to trigger multiple times.
Fixed incomplete Credits stat displays at the end of a run.
Adjusted Credits compensation for failed runs to prevent intentional deaths on high floors from being more profitable than full clears.
First-time clears of LAYER 1, LAYER 2, and LAYER 3 now grant an additional 100 Credits each.
Fixed Auto-Repair BIOS having no actual effect after purchase.
Merchant Protocol now correctly affects the costs of modules, relics, Queue Slots, rerolls, and repairs.
BruteForce.exe will now only appear in the Software Center after the CPU System is unlocked.
Hardware Gacha actual probabilities now match the displayed values: Common (60%), Rare (30%), Legendary (10%).
Fixed an issue where Zero-Day and Roko's Basilisk shared the same Event ID.
Fixed missing or misplaced module translations in Simplified Chinese and English.
Fixed broken textures caused by incorrect image paths for the THE_SOURCE relic.
