Fixes
Fixed pallets jumping / flying up when cases were added from the machine
Fixed pallets not working correctly after being carried and dropped by hand
Fixed pallets behaving incorrectly in some cases when moved with the pallet jack
Various improvements to placing pallets at the machine output
