A quick fix for an issue reported right after 0.1.48. Thanks to the Flavorist who sent the log!
Bug fix
In-game settings tabs (Gameplay, Sound, Graphics, Key bindings) were missing on fresh installs; the settings panel appeared empty while playing. Settings in the main menu were not affected. All tabs are back.
