I think comments are unnecessary here... A considerable amount of work has been done, and now the game, together with country names on the map and cinematic lighting, looks simply INCREDIBLE! (and without any loss of optimization!)
A new menu has been added — the infographics menu. Here you can compare all countries by various variables — from the level of corruption to their reputation. Also, the display of a country’s relations has been added to the diplomacy menu, and you can now view your own country there! By the way, the AI no longer simply declares wars out of aggressiveness — it plans combat operations, gradually worsening relations. And if the AI is afraid that someone will attack it, it will improve relations!
Since the previous update significantly improved the military AI, life for the player has become much harder... So this time, for the sake of balance, the generals have been improved! Now you can create front lines of any length — from a couple of provinces all the way to several countries! There is also an option for automatic advance. An advance where it will not lead to the total destruction of the army.
Yes, I deliberately left this for last! At the request of some people, fully working alliances have been added: states jointly wage defensive wars and support each other. By the way, if they get in the way of arranging wars between Lithuania and Portugal, you can disable NATO and the CSTO when creating a new game!
Honestly — I am very tired from developing this update, so a lot of changes will remain without a separate paragraph, for example: rebalancing of manpower, updated mouse controls, updated day-night cycle, fixing numerous bugs, and others. However, you can still read them in the list below to understand how great it is:
