We continue to make Glint Translator a more seamless, fast, and globally friendly experience! In this update, we have completely overhauled the DLC Language Packs localization system and optimized the speaker prefix parsing across all translation modes.
🌐 1. Native 25-Language Localization for DLC Packs
When you change the application language, everything on the Language Packs (Steam DLC) page now updates instantly to your selected language!
Native Experience: DLC package names, descriptions, status buttons (Click to Install, Ready for Translation, Installed on Steam), progress logs, and error messages are now natively translated and integrated into all 25 supported language files (including Japanese, German, French, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, Korean, Chinese, and Turkish).
No Restart Needed: Language transitions occur dynamically and instantly in real-time, without requiring an application restart.
🗣️ 2. Advanced Speaker Diarization & Smart Spacing (All Modes!)
The spacing and separator detection issues in the speaker prefix separation system have been fully resolved, unifying the behavior across all modes (Fluid, Area, and Fullscreen):
Smart Spacing: Extra spaces before the colon (: or ：) have been eliminated, leaving exactly one space after the colon (Speaker: Message format). For other symbols (e.g., -, >), spacing is dynamically balanced to maintain clean visual alignment.
Full-Width Colon Support: Full-width colons (： commonly used in Asian games and visual novels) are now automatically detected across all modes.
Custom Separators: Custom speaker separators defined in the Advanced Settings now work reliably across all modes, including Fluid Translation.
🧹 3. Cleaner Selection Overlays & Powerful Backdrop Filter
We have simplified the screen overlays to help you focus entirely on your game:
Minimalist Selection Windows: Individual backdrop checkboxes and opacity sliders were removed from the selection overlays for a much cleaner and premium look.
Under-the-Hood Filtering: The transparent backdrop filter remains active with optimal default values in all modes for perfect text isolation. You can fully customize or toggle this filter in the Advanced Settings menu.

Cleaned up redundant warnings, optimized background resources, and compiled the project with 0 errors for a robust production build.
