Alright, ya plungers. Here I am again with another update on what’s been going on around here.

Work’s kicked off like a pipe after a good whack - full steam ahead. Since last time, the lads have been working on some kinda design stuff. They took all the tools and materials I use most on the job: pipes, gear, the whole lot - and drew ’em up. The game’s gonna be properly packed with stuff, so they wanna gather all the important bits first and then add ’em into the game.

And you won’t believe me, but the lads actually put them into the game. I got no clue how, but I’m lookin’ at it and I still can’t believe it. They look seriously good (so real I almost nicked one to my work). You’ll be able to use ’em for all sorts of jobs - from welding pipes, tightening fittings, all the way to dismantling walls. All so you can feel what it’s like to be me - a proper plumber. Pretty neat, that. They’ll get even more use soon, once the lads move on to the real work - mechanics… Gotta admit, I don’t know what those mechanics have done to them, but maybe they’ve got some kind of beef. Not my business.

And since there’s gonna be a sh-… a whole lot of stuff, they also added this special wheel thing so you can pick what you wanna use. Supposedly it makes choosing the tool you need easier (meanwhile in real life I’ve gotta manage without these fancy cheats, and honestly, wouldn’t mind having one myself). You know how it goes - you want the pipe, you click the pipe. Easy peasy.

On top of that, every little slot’s marked with a special icon so you know what you’re picking without having to read some long fancy names. Here’s a few of those icons: (pretty obvious what’s what, I reckon)

And here’s how all those things come together in-game:

Gotta admit, it looks bloody awesome.

Now this last bit, I straight-up didn’t believe… but the lads put ME into the game. (Well, alright, not me me but some kinda model of me.) And yeah, I know - I came out lookin’ proper sharp. Fine specimen of a man, me. More than a few ladies would fall for a guy like this. But easy there, girls - this macho man is loyal to one thing only… plumbing.
And yep - that’ll be you, the players. You’ll get to walk around in my pants… I mean, my shoes. Up till now only I got to do that. But seriously - don’t I look like a plumber through and through?

As you can see, work’s in full swing. You better keep an eye out for more updates from me, ’cause it’s gonna get more interesting.

Catch ya later, plungers.

I’ve already shown you how a plumber’s work goes in our little game, but let’s not forget that after every finished job, you still gotta tidy up the whole bathroom . It’s not really a plumber’s job ( we’re supposed to deal with the dirty work, after all ), but those designer and programmer lads tell me that players, meaning you lot, enjoy this kind of cleaning exper…
