This update introduces Sigil Shards, a new currency designed to let you personalize and shape your journey through Arena. You’ll earn Sigil Shards by completing quests, and you can also find them in the in‑game store.
Sigil Shards unlock a variety of cosmetic and progression‑flavor options: visual upgrades, customization elements, and other ways to express your identity in the world of The First Spine Arena. None of these unlocks affect the strength of your cards or provide any gameplay advantage. Every player remains on equal footing in combat, regardless of how many Sigil Shards they’ve collected.
This update brings several new ways to shape and personalize your journey through Arena.
To start, you can now recolor your cards and unlock new animated illustrations, giving your favorite builds a stronger visual identity. Your profile also gets an upgrade: two new profile images are now available, and you can equip a title that appears next to your name, adding a touch of personality to every encounter.
Finally, deck management has been reworked with a new interface built directly from your feedback. You’ll be able to change the color of your decks, organize them more intuitively, and navigate your collection with far more clarity and style.
The Stylist is a brand‑new questline that introduces players to the world of cosmetic crafting and rewards them with valuable Sigil Shards. Completing this quest will grant you the unique card Sewing Needle, which comes with the Breakout Effect “Tribute of the String.”
Once this effect is activated, your next victorious battle will automatically reward you with Sigil Shards.
We are working on the features of this update since the early access was released. We completed it and we are polishing the update.
