A new patch has been released:

Tweaks:

Face button controls have been updated to be smoother
The aiming reticle is now character colored

Bugs:

Keyboard players can use vertical movement again
Keyboard arrow left/right are no longer inverted
Magician’s boxes should stop getting stuck inside diagonal blocks
Magician’s boxes should no longer snap to the wrong side of diagonal blocks
Magician’s orb no longer gets stuck in the air when he picks it out of his hat while inside of a box
Flytrap now properly lets go of players stuck to her thread when the orb is destroyed
Cursed hexes no longer show their hitbox
