Fixes & Improvements
Fixed several "start of combat" bonuses only working on the first wave of a floor. Affected: the Lightfoot unique's starting ATB, the Always First and starting-ATB skill nodes, the Initiative rune, Ancient Wisdom's free first spell, and the Assassin set's starting Stealth. All now trigger on every wave, not just the first.
Added a bulk-sell filter for Unique and Set items. New pastilles in the Armory let you include them in mass-sell, alongside the usual rarity filters.
