Hello everyone!
Seven Blasphemies is finally available on Steam!
What began as our entry for the 2026 7 Day Roguelike Challenge has grown into a full game, and I am incredibly happy to finally put it in your hands.
Seven Blasphemies is our take on the traditional roguelike. It is a game about taking risks, making difficult decisions, learning from terrible deaths, and trying to survive in a world that is already doomed. A game that draws lots of inspiration from the old-school RPGs we personally love.
You move one tile at a time and make one decision at a time. Explore, fight, scavenge, choose what is worth risking your life for, and try to understand the creatures waiting for you in the dark.
But while you are doing all of that, the calendar keeps moving.
Every dawn may bring a new Blasphemy into the world. Each one permanently changes the rest of your run. Things become darker. Healing becomes less reliable. New dangers begin to appear. The rules you were starting to understand slowly turn against you.
And when the seventh Blasphemy arrives, the world ends.
One of the things I enjoy the most about roguelikes is how a few systems can create stories that were never explicitly written. That moment when a plan goes wrong, or when a resource you almost ignored saves your run, or when you survive something you definitely should not have survived.
Seven Blasphemies was built around those moments.
You have TEN different classes (ended adding four more beyond the original six!) to experiment with, each with its own way of approaching this doomed world. You have monsters that demand different decisions instead of simply asking for bigger numbers. And you have a world that becomes increasingly hostile the longer you manage to remain alive.
It is harsh. Sometimes unfair things will happen. Sometimes greed will kill you. Sometimes the correct decision will still end badly.
That is part of the journey.
I want to thank everyone who played the original version, followed the development, wishlisted the game, shared feedback, or simply took an interest in this strange little doomed world we created.
And of course, a huge thank you to everyone who helped us bring the game from a game jam project all the way to its Steam release. Every person involved left something of themselves in this game, and I am very happy that we can finally share the result with you.
Now I really want to see what kinds of terrible decisions you will make.
Play it. Experiment. Die horribly. Try different classes. Blame the Doom Die. And if you enjoy your time before the end of the world, please leave us a review and tell us about your run. Your feedback means a lot to us and helps us continue improving our games.
The calendar is moving.
How far can you get before the seventh Blasphemy?
Cheers!
