To celebrate the release of our lightweight update, Ultimate Blacksmith Tycoon is 20% off for one week starting today!

This update makes the game lighter while keeping its gameplay and content fundamentally unchanged. We have also rebuilt the underlying foundation so fixes and improvements can be delivered more quickly going forward.

Appraise materials, forge equipment, hire adventurers, and send them into the dungeons. With 79 jobs, Workshop enhancement and Modifier rerolls, a broad technology tree, debt and recurring costs, public order, and Stampedes, this is a management sim about reading the numbers and building the greatest smithy in town.

New players: This is a great week to begin your blacksmith-management journey with a lighter version of the game.
Returning players: Your existing save data carries over automatically through Steam Cloud. No manual migration is required.
Current players: The gameplay remains the same, while future fixes and improvements can now be delivered more quickly.
