Hi everyone,

First, thank you for the detailed bug reports and feedback over the past weeks. I read every one of them, and the care you put into them genuinely helps.

I want to be honest about where the game is right now. I develop Ultimate Blacksmith Tycoon on my own, and I'm currently focused on a major overhaul of the game's foundation. The performance hitches (especially at high speed) and the UI bugs some of you have hit are things I can only really fix at the source — so that's what I'm doing.

Why this is good news for you:

Smoother performance, and far fewer of the stutters and UI glitches you've been running into.
I'll be able to ship fixes and updates much faster from here on — the current setup makes every UI fix slow.
A rebuilt first-hour experience for new players, which I don't feel does the game justice today. That part is on me.
It all arrives as a free update to the game you already own — nothing new to buy. I'm working to carry your progress over.

The trade-off: while I'm focused on this, I won't be able to push individual bug fixes for a little while. I'm sorry for the wait. Every report you've sent — including the combat-log export idea, which I really like — is written down and going straight into this work.

Please bear with me over the next couple of weeks. I'll post here again the moment I have something concrete to show.
