Fixes clicking Show Desktop on the taskbar closing the game outright—it now minimizes to the taskbar instead, and autosaves before doing so. The Armory gains a capacity limit with a capacity readout, and identical gear now stacks, making long lists far easier to browse. Also fixes several tutorial soft-locks: the Trading Post tutorial ending early permanently breaking the Mailbox and order system unlocks, a caravan sitting at home on load being misread as "never departed", and the tutorial failing to resume after being interrupted.

New Content

  • Expedition Tavern · Armory Capacity: The Armory now has a 199-item capacity, with a current/max readout pinned to the top of the tab. Once full, no new weapons can be crafted—salvage or destroy some gear to free up space. Gear granted on recruitment and the fallback weapon issued when your stock runs dry are exempt, and anything already queued will still finish. Existing saves over the limit are never culled; you simply can't craft new gear until you're back under it.
  • Expedition Tavern · Stacking: Identical gear now stacks into a single slot labelled with ×quantity, making the list far shorter and easier to browse when you're holding a lot of gear.

Bug Fixes

  • Window · Show Desktop: Fixed clicking Show Desktop at the far right of the taskbar closing the game outright. The game runs as a borderless desktop-widget window, which Windows can't minimize—so it sent the window a close request instead. The game now minimizes to the taskbar (click it there to return) and autosaves first.
  • Window · Alt+F4: Pressing Alt+F4 or closing from the taskbar now brings up the exit confirmation, so a mistaken keypress no longer costs you unsaved progress.
  • Tutorial · Mailbox & Orders: Fixed the Trading Post tutorial ending early, before the lighthouse was lit, permanently breaking the unlock chain for the Mailbox and order system.
  • Tutorial · Caravan: Fixed a caravan that happened to be home when loading a save being misread as "never departed", leaving you stuck on the departure step.
  • Tutorial · Resuming: Fixed the tutorial failing to resume correctly after being interrupted by other content, and fixed resuming from a mid-sequence step without opening the panel that step needs—which left it waiting on input you couldn't give.
  • Cooking Panel: Fixed the active category not highlighting correctly when switching categories.
  • Achievements · Perfectionist: Further hardened the cross-save re-check—even if your Steam achievement state is ready before the game connects, it now retries automatically after you enter the world instead of relying on a single signal.

It isn't gone for good — Valve returns it once the game has earned $1,000 . So that line means this little island crossed the line. And it settles the July books — which is to say, the first half-month after launch…
