[Taste of the Wind] Bug Fixes 2026-9-16

Fixed a bug where Laifu Grand Restaurant could be scouted more than once in certain years during Reconnaissance
Duplicate recipes obtained from the General Store / Fortune Teller's Shop now automatically raise that recipe's star rating. Some items are now one-time rewards and will no longer appear in the result pool once obtained
Follow-up adjustments to the earlier changes to the Expansion achievements
Fixed a bug where the 25 and 50 recipe rewards in the Fate Shop would not unlock
In the final year, the Five-Star Kitchen Championship now has different win and loss storylines from previous years
Fixed a bug where some recipes in the Recipe Compendium still showed incorrect star ratings
Fixed some typos
Corrected some localization errors
