Once Lingxi and Luzhi have no new dialogue left about the past, talking to them now restores 1 Stamina automatically
Fixed a bug where loading a save mid-development or mid-star-upgrade could complete it instantly
Fixed a bug that let you keep going back to Xiaoqing for newspaper coverage to farm Fame. Getting Xiaoqing to write about Taste of the Wind should only be possible once a year
Fixed a bug where the 30% cap on donation tax deductions wasn't taking effect
Quick load can no longer be used during dialogue, and now shows a prompt instead (this prevents the exploit where quick-saving mid-dialogue let you get stuck Stamina)
If you have an outstanding fine, it will now be flagged in the notice
Slightly adjusted the position of the Reputation and Fame UI in the shop screen, so large numbers don't get covered by the text
Localization: the development/star-upgrade screen used the Chinese font and didn't switch fonts with the language, which could cause some Japanese characters to be missing
Localization: fixed a bug where some translated newspaper text was too long and overflowed its frame, and filled in missing translations on some branches of the post-opening dialogue
