Climbing up trees is now a proper climb check, looking at your weight, your athletics skill, your limb scores, et cetera. You can fail, and it's not the easiest climb to make.
Climbing up ladders, both deployable and fixed, is also a climb check. Ladders are very easy to climb, so you shouldn't have too many issues with those.
You can no longer climb basically anything besides stairs with your hands full. Stairs work the same as ever.
The changes to climbing made it more difficult than intended to get big items off of rooftops. To counter that, and just to improve things in general, you can now drop items while peeking, including when peeking down ledges. To do this, examine a ledge and select peek down, then press d. This will pull up the multidrop menu and return you to the top of the ledge. Items you drop from this menu will be placed on the tile you peeked to. In this manner, you can safely lower items off of one story rooftops without damaging them. Peek drop also works when you're peeking normally with the peek key (shift+x by default).
You can no longer place items on treetops.
If you are prompted to drop an item in a NOITEM tile (such as a windowsill) and do so, the item will attempt to fall into an adjacent tile instead of silently vanishing. If it can't do that, it will vanish and you will see an error message about it.
For some reason, the long pole was shorter than even the wooden pike. This has been fixed.
Reviewed and rebalanced the material thickness for most wool clothing. It's now all pretty consistent, and wool gloves aren't incredibly good armor now.
Reviewed and adjusted the materials selected for parameterized walls in businesses, homes, and highrises. Houses are now never made out of reinforced concrete, and concrete houses in general are fairly rare. House interiors can now (rarely) be made of wood. Highrises can now sometimes be made of brick, and their interior walls are never made of reinforced concrete. This only applies to parameterized buildings and shouldn't affect things like lab towers. Generally this will make both types of structures more diverse in appearance.
Fixed an issue that was causing things to fungalize into fungal trees when they should not.
Fixed some error messages related to weapon proficiencies. The quarterstaffs proficiency ID is no longer in use, having been replaced with staff proficiency, though quarterstaff proficiency may remain on your sheet as a legacy ID. You will want to debug the equivalent level of staff proficiency onto your character.
Removed a deprecated option from Maria's dialogue.
Fixed weed brownies and weed cake. Updated weed cake's description so you know how to find the gamers at the party.
Removed the belly band as it was just a duplicate of the belly wrap.
@Federkiel submitted some gorgeously disgusting tiles for the rest of the fungal zombies. As far as I'm aware the set is now complete!
