New 1vs1 Map was created - Forests of Vrathor. Following lots and lots of 1v1 Engagements, I figured it might be good to expand the pool of 1v1 maps. So here it is, Enjoy Forests of Vrathor.

Other minor bugfixes

Fixed Announcer volume being too loud.
Fixed Unbuildable outpost in 1st campaign mission.
