Challenge your Steam friends or compete with other hunters in public contests!
Hunting Contest lets you compare hunting scores in real time while each participant plays in their own single-player world. Hunt as usual, follow the live standings, and see who finishes on top.
Create public or password-protected rooms and invite Steam friends.
Set participant limits of 2, 4, 8, 16, or 32. Start without waiting for a full room—even solo.
Choose the time limit, eligible maps, and target animals.
Earn 1 base point per eligible harvest, with a small bonus for one-shot kills.
Enable optional Fur Type bonuses to reward rarer coats.
Use global and room chat to talk with other hunters.
View participant ranks, scores, and kill counts on a compact live scoreboard.
See animated score gains alongside the animal’s name, tier, and Fur Type.
View final standings when time expires. Hosts can also end a contest early after confirmation.
Restart a contest or adjust its settings without recreating the room.
Contests share scores, not a game world. Your regular hunting, saves, and progression continue independently.
