Stat Rebalance · Battle Reward Rework · Troop Art Upgrade
Mandate stats lowered, all units +2 HP, clear rewards scaled by city, four factions' troop art upgraded, six talent changes……

🎯 Stat Adjustments

  • Mandate stats lowered (ATK/HP/SPD):

    1. Mandate·Divine: Easy·Normal — ATK 3/HP 40/SPD 3; Hard — ATK 5/HP 80/SPD 5

    2. Mandate·Demon: Easy·Normal — ATK 4/HP 40/SPD 2; Hard — ATK 7/HP 75/SPD 4

    3. Mandate·Saint: Easy·Normal — ATK 2/HP 40/SPD 4; Hard — ATK 4/HP 80/SPD 6

    4. Mandate·Immortal (Conquest only): ATK 40/HP 800/SPD 35

    5. Mandate·Demon (Yao) (three forms):

      • Defense — Easy·Normal ATK 3/HP 15/SPD 3; Hard ATK 5/HP 35/SPD 5

      • Attack — Easy·Normal ATK 4/HP 15/SPD 2; Hard ATK 6/HP 35/SPD 4

      • Charm — Easy·Normal ATK 1/HP 20/SPD 4; Hard ATK 3/HP 40/SPD 6

    6. Mandate stats in Conquest Mode are 5× the Hard values.

  • All units gain +2 base HP (including player Avatars, troops, and neutral units).

    1. Notably, Pang Tong gains no HP instead — he gets +2 Speed.

    2. The five Lords on Hard difficulty are excluded from this stat adjustment.

  • In Conquest Mode, event stat output scales with the Conquest multiplier too (same as enemies: Luoyang ×5, others ×1~×5 by provinces conquered):

    1. Drill stat gains on success and HP loss on failure both scale with the multiplier.

    2. Unit-granting events (Conscription, Recruitment, Draft, Pass Trial, buying units in the Shop, etc.) issue units with scaled stats.

  • On Hard and Conquest difficulties, the troops summoned by the Lord's Phase 2 are now promoted to Epic (gold) quality and carry that troop's Signature Talent.

⚔️ Battle Reward Rework

  • Victory rewards' item quality now scales by city, with each city's tier set by that city's boss fight:

    1. City 1 boss: 3 Common City 2 boss: 3 Uncommon City 3 boss: 2 Uncommon + 1 Extraordinary

    2. City 4 boss: 3 Extraordinary City 5 boss: 2 Extraordinary + 1 Epic City 6 boss: 2 Epic + 1 Legendary

  • Normal and Elite battles give the same rewards as the previous city's boss fight; City 1's normal/elite battles give 1 Mundane + 2 Common.

  • Every reward now always includes 1 Persuasion Order (the lower of the tier's two), with the remaining slots randomly drawn from the pool.

  • The three Legendary items — Heavenly Sword, Red Hare, and Tao Te Ching — can now be obtained from Treasure Chests and victory rewards.

🔮 Talent Adjustments

  • World-Weary Sage (Wanderer Signature): changed to "When attacking, for every 5 units in your deck (including discard pile), this attack's damage is multiplied" — the thicker the deck, the higher the multiplier (5 units×2 / 10 units×3 / 15 units×4).

  • Transcendent Dust (Hermit Signature): changed to "When attacked, discard a random hand card; this instance of damage is halved" — trade a card for half damage.

  • Banditry (Bandit): changed to "While on the field, each time an ally is deployed, gain 2 copper from the opponent" (shows a copper floating text on itself; supports Zhenhu).

  • Dong Zhuo Summons (He Jin Signature): changed to "On death, all allies gain Swift."

  • Mowei (Hua Xiong Signature): changed to "On death, all allies gain 2 Shield stacks."

  • The Han faction's three eunuch troops gain new Signature Talents:

    1. Regular Attendant·Ruin's Fall: On death, all enemies lose 2 HP.

    2. Junior Eunuch·Posthumous Edict: On death, all enemies lose 2 Attack.

    3. Western Garden Colonel·Routed Army: On death, all enemies lose 2 Speed.

🎨 Art Upgrade

  • All troop base portraits for Wei, Shu, Wu, and Qun have been fully upgraded.

  • Added landscape full-size art for troops and neutral units: you can now click them open in the Codex.

  • Toggling a card's "upgraded portrait" on/off in the Star Chart now syncs the Codex full-size art between the base and upgraded versions.

  • Unified the upgraded-art rules across the board: displays in the Marriage Tree, persuasion, and Zuo Ci's copying now all match whether that unit is currently upgraded.

  • On Hard and Conquest, gold-quality enemy troops (including those summoned by the Lord's Phase 2 and by Cao Cao and Zhang Jiao) now show their upgraded portraits and have matching dynamic performances.

  • In the main-menu Conquest theme backgrounds and the clear ending's portrait rotation, troops' base and upgraded art are both shown in sequence.

🔧 Optimizations

  • Unified wording in talent descriptions: references to units now consistently use "unit" rather than mixing in "entity," better matching reality (the deck contains only unit cards, no items).

  • The battle-top scroll's battle name is now more accurate: normal battles show " Forces," and only elite battles show " Elite" (previously normal battles past City 3 also showed "Elite," conflating them with elite battles).
