Big performance improvements

CHANGES:

VOICE:
- Now directly uses opus library for encoding / decoding. Reducing CPU & allocation to almost nothing.
VACUUM CABLE:
- Now uses LineRenderer instead of a Model mesh. Reducing CPU usage.

You should notice improved performance on SteamDeck & Windows with these 2 changes <3
