A new minor release has arrived for Pulsagon, bringing one of our most requested features into the game: Community Levels!
For the first time, players can experience music submitted by artists outside of the official Pulsagon soundtrack. We’re starting small with two community levels, with more to come in future updates.
🎵 Crawling 2 — D.B.D
Our first Community Level is Crawling 2 by D.B.D.
This rap / nu-metal track brings a completely different sound to Pulsagon and is currently rated Hard difficulty.
Because the song contains explicit lyrics, it also introduces a new Profanity icon. This lets players know that a song contains explicit language before they play it.
⚡ Desolarized — Hnnnn!
Our second Community Level is Desolarized by Hnnnn!
At a blistering 244 BPM, this fast-paced hardcore track is rated Very Hard and is designed to put your reflexes to the test.
This level also introduces the Content ID icon. This indicates that a song may be registered with a content identification system, giving streamers and video creators a warning before they use the track in recorded or streamed gameplay.

We've also added two new options to the Options menu:
🎥 Streamer Mode
Streamer Mode helps creators avoid potentially problematic community songs by hiding or blocking content that has been marked with the Content ID indicator.
👨👩👧 Kids Mode
Kids Mode is designed to provide a more family-friendly experience by hiding or blocking community songs marked with the Profanity indicator.
Both modes can be turned on or off from the Options menu.

This is only the beginning of Community Levels. We're excited to hear more music from independent artists and see what kinds of tracks players bring to Pulsagon.
