Pulsagon v2.2 is FINISHED.
After a lot of work, we're ready to release our next major update. v2.2 brings new levels, new shapes, new visual effects, Community Levels, and a redesigned menu experience.
Here's everything included.
Four brand-new main levels have been added to Pulsagon.
The new levels span a wide range of difficulties, from Easy all the way to Extreme, giving players more challenges to work through as they progress.
Two new shape types are now part of Pulsagon:
A new shape mechanic that introduces mirrored behavior into gameplay. You'll need to react to the shape while accounting for its mirrored movement.
A completely new shape type designed to test your reactions in a different way.
Both shapes add new possibilities for level design without changing what makes Pulsagon what it is.
Two visual effects have been added to the level editor.
Cross FX returns!
Originally introduced in v1.3, Cross is back for v2.2 and has been brought into the current version of Pulsagon.
A brand-new FX that allows the game's colors to use brighter and lighter tones, including white.
This gives level creators more control over the visual atmosphere of their levels.
The Community Levels section is expanding once again.
Two new community-created levels have been added to Pulsagon, bringing more music and gameplay created by the community into the game.
As always, community submissions go through our review process before being added.
The main menu has received another redesign.
We've refined the layout and presentation to make the interface cleaner and better suited to Pulsagon's current visual direction.
Four new levels.
Two new shapes.
Two new FX.
Two new Community Levels.
A redesigned menu.
No unnecessary additions. Just more Pulsagon.
Pulsagon v2.2 is now complete.
We'll see you in the next update.
