First, we want to say a sincere thank you to everyone who jumped in and joined us for the 1.0 launch. Seeing the surge of players log on, share their excitement, and dive into the game was an incredible moment for the team. Watching your reactions, comments, first impressions, and all the chaos that comes with launch day was truly rewarding.

As soon as Update 1.0 went live, we rolled straight into bug‑fixing and stability work. Your reports, screenshots, and detailed breakdowns helped us track down issues quickly and get improvements out faster. We appreciate everyone who took the time to send in bug reports or worked with us directly to troubleshoot the problems you were experiencing. We’re continuing to monitor incoming reports, so please keep sending them our way. You can read the full list of changes below for Hotfix 1.0.1, covering every fix, tweak, and improvement that went into this update.

Change Log

General

  • Improved the performance of the AH64 strike.

  • Added “Disable Disruptive Effects”, a setting to disable the fog/snow particles on “All Down Hill From Here”.  This may get other effects added in the future.

  • Disabled information logs.

Graphics

  • Added new setting, GPU Occlusion Culling.  The default is “On” except for Intel integrated GPUs.  If you have an Intel integrated GPU and are experiencing rendering issues you need to make sure this setting is Off. Intel Dedicated GPUs work fine with this setting On.

Save/Load

  • Improved error handling while saving and loading to reduce the possibility for one entity breaking it completely.

Networking

  • Increased initial connection timeout from 10 to 30 seconds to provide additional time for clients to connect and the server to respond.  This may help with the reports of failures to start a server or connect to a server.

UI

  • The Mission, Loadout, and Workshop UI around the ship will turn on and off as you move in and out of the rooms. This prevents the UI from drawing unnecessarily.

Bug Fixes:

AI

  • Fixed an issue with pathfinding that could cause the AI to stop moving completely.

Audio

  • Update M4 Suppressed shot.

Character

  • Fixed IK for other players.  Their arms should no longer stick out behind them when close to a wall.

General

  • Fixed “Nice Try Private” achievement failing to trigger if you died at a shooting range station.

  • Fixed an error where some entities' IDs would collide causing various systems to break.

  • Fixed Early Bird/Night Owl achievements firing on mission start instead of mission complete.

Graphics

  • Fixed refresh rate graphics setting showing incorrect numbers.

Input

  • Fixed error with binoculars and Javelin that caused the input axis to be reversed if the zoom multiplier setting was too high.

  • Fixed player input getting stuck if they die while calling in a strike.

  • Fixed an error where the mouse wheel could miss inputs when zooming with the scope.

Maps

  • Added water volumes to the small ponds that were missing them in C4M5.

  • Fixed missing collision on a few rocks in C4M1

  • Fixed missing collisions on police cars and their destruction state.

  • Removed ~700 networked objects to improve performance of C4M3.

Networking

  • Fixed Locally hosted games failing to load or allow clients to connect.

Save/Load

  • Fixed an error that would break saving and loading if there was a drone active.

Strikes

  • Fixed an error that would cause the strike menu in the binoculars to break if you opened the map and then closed it over top of the binoculars.

UI

  • Fixed the Throw Meter getting stuck on when holding throw and attaching to the Carrier Drone.

  • Fixed Typo in C4M2 briefing text.

Vehicles

  • Humvees will now properly stop when the player dies.

Weapons

  • Fixed third person IK offsets for the MK18.

  • Fixed M9 description typo.

  • Fixed missing suppressor slot on the P90.

  • Fixed suppressor mesh remaining on M24 after removing it.

  • Fixed the G36 having the wrong ballistics data causing the scope to be offset.

Known Issues:

  • Turning off shadows while running in DX12 causes the terrain to not render properly.

  • Still investigating various connection issues in multiplayer. We suggest you try and continue to try or connect, or restart your router/modem and try to connect again.

  • Humvees may not have weapons when joining in progress. We recommended restarting the mission in order to resolve the issue.
